Know it's gonna take a while thanks for the advise.  I'm late out of the gate (older) and was hoping to jump start with a mentor.  Like you said you started without money, kinda was hoping bringing something to the table would help get going....but guess I have to do due diligence like every one does.  Thanks 

Hi I'm Julie:

I'll keep it brief.  Got some cash from a start up, but not enough to retire.  Looking for experienced partner.  Been reading like a mad dog, seems multi family is the smart move.  I'm based in Phoenix area, but would like to end up in San Diego some day sooner than later.  Have repair skills Hvac, appliance repair, plumbing, flooring sort of you name it I can probably get it done.  

any body figure out the DM problem... I'd like to slide in on the spreadsheet if possible
