Please arrive 15 min prior to park and grab a drink at the bar. We will be starting promptly at 6:30 pm. Late arrivals past 6:40 pm will not be permitted to participate in the speed networking portion of the event.

$20 fee includes food that will be served after the speed networking.

Hi Anthony, you should just be able to remove the stove! Oftentimes you cannot have a full range oven/stove in an in-law suite, but you can usually add a countertop hot-plate and toaster oven later. If you're unsure, I would just send an email to your lender to confirm (in writing) that you will be able to close as long as you remove the stove.

Amazing!! Congrats! Where exactly was this in Miami Beach? I’m a new investor, living in the coconut grove area and always on the lookout for my next deal. Would also love to know who your general contractor was or referrals for who you used. I’m planning on doing more buy & hold rental properties (outside of Miami) but I’m interested in potentially flipping eventually.
