Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Grand Rapids.

This once drug home, with grease all over the walls and doors without knobs is about to come on the market! Within our smallest budget yet we added square footage to the basement, a big third bedroom in the attic and loads of goodies in the kitchen including a custom island we built and quartz countertops we cut!

Had good bones, needed a lot of elbow grease!
