Post: Equity lending on properties

Hi, I am reaching out because a couple of properties that have equity and I am looking for ways to pull some of that equity to redeploy the money into the properties to do improvements to maximize my income streams by building ADUs. I am not looking to refinance since this rates are in the 3% range. Any advise or recommendation will be welcome, thank!
