Sorry I didn't have a lot of details at first. Here's all I know: The landlord wants $40k for the condo I'm currently paying $600/mo in rent. It's a 2 br 1 bath on the second level. Before I moved in the condo had this horrible carpet that really needs to go bye bye, but other than that the condition is fine. The price is a little high because there's other condos in the same complex that are going for the same price but they have hardwood flooring throughout and a washer and dryer hook-up. I'm suppose to be Meeting with the landlord today to negotiate on price and stuff. How things are looking I'm guessing owners financing or a loan are my only two options because I only have $2k set aside in savings.

Hello everyone. I stay in these condos in my town and I just figured out that my landlord was looking to sell my condo to me. I'm young and in college and was looking to see what exactly my options are. Any ideas on strategy will help. Thanks in advance.

I understand that my question was a bit off target but i didn't know exactly how to word it. You hit the nail on the head really when u mentioned benefits and features. That was my real concern. I realize that this would come easy with more education and knowledge so I'm just going to stay in the forums.

There's a problem being new to a job. I currently work for Sears part-time and when i first started I felt lost and I wasn't very confident in pitching some of the services that we offered. As a result my stats were terrible and I didn't sell as much. Which brings me to my point: Being able to explain exactly what your trying to do to a potential buyer is crucial to the deal even floating off the ground right? Now I'm looking at a blank piece of paper trying to come up with some good points to add to my sales pitch. Any pointers?

Newbie, who’s ready to jump headfirst into R.E.I. I went to my first meeting for this investing club in my area and for the past 2 months or so I’ve been reading and searching on the web for everything on investing. I’ve learned the 5 exit strategies, and how to market to practically anyone, I’ve just got one problem; CONTRACTS! I just wanted to know if anyone knows of some basic contracts or a website that offers contracts that are investor friendly.
