Currently trying to start my first wholesale deal came across a family in Carson city Nevada Home is FSBO And Is Listed at $380,000 home has cosmetic issues and needs to be updated and it is also trashed so it would need junk to be removed family wants to walk out with $340,000 Cash and a short escrow .

any advice?
