Yes the BRRRR strategy is certainly recommended here. Akron is a hot market right now that offers great returns with generous cap rates. There has been an influx of foreign investors taking advantage of this as of late. I work with a local property management company that manages hundreds of properties in the Akron, Cleveland areas.
