Thanks for responding. So, I was pretty vague, here are a few stats on the property.

11+/- Acres

4 Septic Tanks

3 Active Water Meters (City)

5 Active Electric Meters (New Poles & Transformer)

2 Houses ( 1 remodeled and rent ready, one needs some love, but livable)

My thought is renting nicer house ($800ish monthly or reduced for park manager position?), maybe making the less "nice" house a laundry / communal place, than having RV / Tiny Home spots. It is outside city limits, but 5 minutes to Walmart, Hospital, etc...

@MatthewPaul thanks for the advice. Not much of a camper but that would be a way to go about it.

Good Afternoon,

I am looking to connect with someone who has experience . knowledge in the RV Park business. I currently have 12 acres that has infrastructure to support multiple units (Septic, Power, Water) and am looking to avoid pitfalls, discuss layout etc.

Thanks!
