Hey everyone my name is Justin. I have a goal of making 10k in passive income per month by the time I am 30 and I want to do achieve that goal through real estate investing. I am particularly interested in this strategy called house hacking. I am currently 23 and I currently work at a public accounting firm and I am in the process of becoming a cpa. Any tips and tricks you guys can give me to help achieve this goal.
