Does anybody recommend any property management companies in Snohomish county Washington State?

Does anyone know of a place I can apply for a homestyle renovation loan online in Washington state? I've tried applying through a couple people. And I've told him up front I want a renovation loan. Then I go through the process of applying And then they tell me they're only doing conventional loans right now because of the economic crisis. I want to get preapproved I'm already looking at some places.

@Alyssa Lebetsamer I don't know who test for mold but if you can rid of the cause a ozone generator will kill it.

I haven't used them yet but my sister used vestus for hard money loans and they have a property management company
