I am a new member to the community looking to invest in my very first property. I am looking for a duplex, triplex or quad as an owner occupied investment for my first property in the Cleveland-Akron area. I'm a little nervous as a new investor however, I know that finding a good real estate agent, knowledgeable in investing and great with newbies, would be of great assistance. Are there any suggestions as to where to search/who to contact in terms of looking for an agent?
