@Bill B. I'm not talking about using bitcoin to raise funds. It would most likely be through ethereum and stable coins (tokens on the ethereum blockchain that are pegged to the dollar) the tokens would just be issued as a way of representing ownership and governance over a project I think issuing tokens would be much easier and faster for distributing payout since custom terms can be programmed into the smart contract. this would also help with the issue of trust since the contract's source code can be verified.

I've been thinking about an idea and I wanted to post it on here to see if it would add value in any way. If there was a platform in which you could issue blockchain tokens (Ethereum, Cardano, Matic, etc), with basic functionality for distributing revenue to investors (cashflow split, time based payouts, and sale profit based on a personal stake in a project) programmed into it. would you use it as a means to raise capital for a real estate purchase? Do you think It would make it easier to raise money?

im 16 and looking into hard money lending for buy and hold real estate, would it be possible for me to get this type of financing at my age if I have my parents cosign?

I’m a little confused on the difference between wholesalers and bird dogs.

Bird dogs connect investors to wholesalers/ wholesale deals right?

I'm 16 and the markets that my parents invest in are getting flooded with investors and I feel like the prices are going to be too high when I am old enough to buy a rental property of my own. how can I find an upcoming/undervalued market? are there any ways to tell what markets are going to start growing in value?

I’m 16 and am looking into getting into real estate photography. I have experience with adobe photoshop, Lightroom, premier etc

I wanted to ask any agents on here if you guys use photographers often when selling a house. If so does it help the property sell faster or for a higher price?

I’m 16 and I’d really like to get into real estate as soon as possible, my parents recently started buying rentals and are having success with it. I can’t really afford to pay big down payments on properties but is it possible to flip land by developing it (cutting down trees, landscaping, etc) or selling it to builders. Or are there anyways I can rent the land to someone with a trailer?
