I saw a social media post about some kind of business that has people that are willing to stay in vacant houses that are up for sale and they make sure it’s show ready every morning. I can’t find anything like it on google. 

I am looking for a highly efficient way to ensure I am getting the best possible information on properties I would like to see if the owner would like to sell. This isn't your typical throw it against the wall and see what sticks wholesaling operation. I am talking about professional calls to owners for specific properties that aren't on the market. 

What is the best service to use to get excellent contact info?
