My focus is a buy and hold rental strategy. My brother is helping me out by showing me how to do it. i am still just a little hesitant about it. I am trying to make it to a PIG meeting down in the Pensacola area just seems every time that there is a meeting i have to fly back to PA

Hello all and I appreciate your time to respond. I am super new to the real estate thing. my brother is teaching me a bit. I am a bit (i know we have all heard it before) scared about getting into rentals in the Pensacola area. looking for some advice/helpful words to help me get going. thanks for your time
