Hi my goal is to also create ownership and build my assets for the future. I have a job with steady income but I want to stop working by the age of 27. I am 23 currently. Right now I want to invest in a multifamily or single home family and buy and hold it. Then later I want to get into flipping houses. But I just don't know where to start. I've been stuck on trying to analyze and find deals but it gets very complicated trying to understand how to analyze a great deal for me.

Hi I recently graduated from eastern Michigan and always wanted to get into real estate but didn’t have the time because of football. I was wondering if any one can teach me how to get started I have read books and been trying to start the analysis process but keep getting stuck not knowing what to do.
