Markets are pretty much anywhere if the deal is right and that’s what I figured off market is the way to go I just don’t know how to find them I’m new to the commercial multi family section of investing 

I’ve owned multiple single family deals I want to get into my first multi family but the market doesn’t seem to good right now what are your thoughts Everything seems high to me
