1. My wife and I moved to Winston-Salem NC last year and are looking to diversify our income portfolio. Investing seemed the way to go as we desire to watch our girls grow up at home. I am looking in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro areas for potential complexes with which to start my journey.
2. Future goals include creating multiple streams of income, paying off my house early, living financially free, and funding medical technological innovations.
3. Recently, I built a 25'x25' shop so I can continue my hobby/passion of woodworking.
