I have done land deals for 8 years and make a good living with it.  I prefer to learn from people that actually have been doing the business a long time & still are doing it.

I get there are a lot of sketch “gurus” out there. It’s an easy label to put on people who are trying to build this type of business. But how can you say this about someone you’ve never met?

I’ve seen as a member in the LIA community multiple people establish land businesses under Sumner’s guidance. Real, multiple dispo/mo businesses. Including mine. 

It’s a haven for high level land discussion and community. We celebrate wins and pick each other up with the biz gets hard.
