It seems like a % of the profit would be more lucrative than private financing. What risks are associated with partnering and what kind of work would be required to make it less passive?

Congrats on choosing your path forward! Have you determined what exit strategy works best for your goals? I'd start there and then develop  relationships with lenders that specialize in that space.

Hello All,

Is anyone aware of a model that allows me to invest passively in fix and flips and make a % of the profit? Something that requires me to have no knowledge, experience, or involvement?
