Hi Everyone,

I have owned several properties and a few rentals, but am now looking enter the wholesaling business. I have a respectable amount of capital to contribute to these efforts. I was hoping to receive some guidance on where to look to find a consultant (paid) regarding the market in the greater Phoenix metro area.
