Prior to working in the commercial field I was involved with resort development. I've been in the RE industry for about 8 years ranging from development to commercial.

I've been curious lately about how lucrative and costly it is opening up a timeshare resort. I realize that it is a multi-billion dollar industry and that like anything it seems like 90% of the business is going to the top 10% in the industry, but that still leaves a considerable amount of money left to the other 90% in the industry. Any have any info on this??

Hi everyone, My name is Justin and I'm an investor relations manager for Seneca Commercial Property. We're a commercial real estate investment firm that partners with investors to purchase commercial properties typically 150 units+. Right now we're focusing on the Dallas/Fort Worth market and we're currently in the process of purchasing a 170 unit apartment complex.

It's a pleasure joining the goup and I look forward to meeting, helping and also gaining knowledge from everyone here.

Regards,

Justin Wickens
