Hi Everyone,

I’m currently residing in Washington state where the market is really expensive to buy. I’m a residential real estate appraiser and have been appraising for the last two years in snohomish, pierce, and king counties. I’ve been looking into court auctions to pick up a home for below market value to flip. I’d like to connect with people in Washington state to work alongside with and get some flips under my belt.
