Ah,it's great to hear from new exp agents to people who have been there a while. And yes with any culture who offers referrals, there is bound to be people that are too pushy or just care about recruitment. I'm interested to hear from people who've also had negative experiences. Thank you all for sharing
Hi @Elisa Eesley thanks for reaching out. I'd love to meet with one of the exp realty agents in the area. I never see EXP realty signs in my area which makes me a bit nervous so would love to talk with someone.
Hello All,
I just passed my exam out here in Cali and am looking for brokerages and I've been contacted about Exp Realty from a couple agents... I'm wondering if you guys and gals can share your experience with this brokerage. The idea sounds super cool and I love moving into the digital space but it also comes off like a MLM, so any good experiences, any bad experiences?
I have a entrepreneur mindset and am a self- starter so I'm not worried about that, but what if I wanted to meet up with a EXP Realty agent in Cali to learn first hand... is this possible?
Hello, I’m looking for real estate meetups in the Bay Area. I’m getting my foot in the door into real estate investing and would love to hear advice, network with people and all that good stuff!

Hello all,
When investing into real estate. Obviously the first house they check your credit report and debt to income ratio... But when buying multiple properties... Do banks care much if you have 10 houses on your credit report and under your name. Will they still give you another loan to buy another investment? What is everyone's experience with this?
Got it!!thank you so much for laying out the pros and cons... Is this the way most real estate investors go aboutbuying houses or is this a more advanced way after you've had a few under your belt?
Hello all!
I get that it takes time to build a did business credit and relationship with banks. With that being said. How do you buy a property with business credit.
So obviously the down payment is probably the easiest part. You can take out a 20k loan under your business name for down payment... But I can't really understand how a bank will approve a business for a 250k house investment....
So if I want To buy 250k house... I take out my 20% business loan for down payment, but how do I get approved for a business mortgage Or would that credit be under my personal name? So if I'm into house flipping or the BRRRR strategy... Eventually I'll have so many mortgages on my personal credit reports... Banks will no longer want to give me loans...
Can you take out a 250kmortgage loan with your business (ex. An LLC)
Does this make sense?

Thanks so much for responding. Santa Rosa was also in the question but a fit further from me. Has anyone had success in Oakland?
