Thanks all for the welcomes. I'm looking forward to dive in the learn section and soak up all the info I can get. I will be setting up meetings with lawyers and cpa's to make sure I'm within the rules of my area. Great info thanks again.

Hello BP,

I'm new to real estate investing and I'm looking to take action and learn in the process.  I'm not in an ideal situation as far as my career is concerned and I'm not content on settling. I do have family members involved in real estate and I'm currently helping one set up their investing business. I caught interest off helping that family member. I am a proud owner of The Book on Investing in Real Estate with no and low money down (which I love and is very informative).  Looking to interacting with a few of you.
