Hello fellow BP members,
My name is Jamie and currently work for a Construction Management / General Contracting company based in midtown Manhattan as an Asst. Project Manager / Administrative Assistant.
I eventually visited BP after reading Brandon Turner's book, "The Book on Rental Property Investing." As an investor I am rather open minded and willing to consider any investment strategy that has the potential of making money. With that being said, buy and hold investing in residential real estate (preferably MFHs) that require renovation & new construction is my personal favorite.
Other then my interest in Real Estate Investing, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, studying into digital / online marketing practices, fitness and playing golf.
I Look forward to attending REI meetups here in New York and purchasing my first property. If you would like to connect and discuss real estate feel more then free to reach out! Would love to hear your thoughts and insight on REI and continue to learn as much as possible.
