@Rami Kaffezider I actually just spoke to a stager who was pretty cheap will try he on my own property. She was willing to do a large 2k sq ft condo for 1.3k. If you’re interested I’ll forward the info, but doesn’t sound like you need it at that PPT in GTown. Good luck!

@David Smith I think the 5k -7 is doable assume the 50% rule for expenses.

Hey Guys, 

My names John I've been working in merchandising and retail planning for the past 7/8 years after college. We recently had a newborn and I'm looking to make some supplemental income to help with investing. I've been researching and given my business/marketing background think wholesaling is right up my alley. 

I'm still learning, but seems like this a good place to help guide me finding buyers, and fellow real estate enthusiast in the Philadelphia area. Looking forward to getting my feet wet can't wait to dive into wholesaling.
