I am starting out in investing and have absolutely no money to spend. I know there are hard money and private money lenders out there. But a lot of them want you to have some money in the bank before they will fund you. What do I do. I can do this. I just need to figure out how to break into it.

That's just it. Im not scared. I can do it. I have no doubt at all that I can. I just need to be pointed in the right direction in where to look and find deals. Thats all. The reason I say it's ME holding myself up is because of the lack of knowledge of where to find deals. Once I know where to find them I will be all over it.

I am new to investing. I know the deals are out there it's just a matter of me finding them. I need some advice on the best ways to find them. I admit it is me that is keeping myself from my firsy deal. Howrver all I need is to be pointed in the right direction and I will be all over it. Suggestions please?
