Hello Larry.....thank you for your welcome to BP.  To answer your question, I am interested in wholesales.  I am looking to invest here at home as well as other parts of the country.    I am really open to smokin deals happening anywhere.  

I would like to fix and flip as well as buy and hold sometime soon, hopefully by the end of the year, but for now, I am concentrating strictly on wholesales.  This is just to build some capital/funds on my side and to clean up some debt on my credit report.

I also have my hand on the HUD homestore. In fact, I was looking at property in Coos Bay. Can you tell me some things about that neighborhood/county? What about Central Point?

I am also watching some properties that are here in my market that are being listed on auction.com and am hoping that things go my way. 

 If there is anything that you are looking for specifically here in Hawaii that I can help you with please do not hesitate to ask.

Also...just as an FYI....I am located on the island where the volcano is....and its alive and well.
