Hello Everyone. I have a question regarding a FHA loan. I am still a rookie looking for my first deal, with hopes I can bring comfortability for other potential investments. I am thinking of buying an empty lot of land( which would already have electricity/gas), setting a slab, drilling a well, and then putting a mobile home on the property. Then once that is done I'd like to house hack the home. Would it be possible to do all of this with an FHA loan? What kind of hassles would I have to endure?
