I need your thoughts on this.

I bought 3 unit property for 76k, and rehab costed another 75k to fix everything. Tenant already signed on one unit and the other two units will be signed in next week or so. Rents are 700,700,600.

I’m thinking of selling the property, I want to know your thoughts on this. Should I keep renting this property or sell it?

If I need to sell what is the minimum profit after all realtor fees that I need to aim for?
