What are your biggest pain points when using software that already exists?

I'm coincidentally currently talking to developers to work on a tennant prequalification app and would be excited to hear from the community what they would like to use. 

What are the most important features you'd like from an REI app and how are you solving these problems today?

Just got the PRO membership and starting to analyze deals daily. Hoping to get to know some of you in person over the next couple of weeks.

I'm originally from Germany and moved to Hawaii about 6 years ago to start a renewable energy company. I'm fresh to the real estate industry with the intent to learn and become an investor.

The original reason why I got interested in RE was because I think that the industry is ripe for innovation. I'd love to hear what the biggest pain points that you have to deal with are and hopefully will come up with a tech solution.
