Hello!

My name is Kanaam and I am currently in the military stationed overseas. I know I cannot use my VA loan as of now since I cannot live in the residence physically. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar situation and if they started investing in this fashion. I wanted to get into RE investing because I imagine that it will help me on my future ventures. I am open to networking. Nice to meet you and thank you for taking the time to read this post.

Hello,

I'm fairly new to RE investing/buying a home and have been reading "Long distance real estate investing." I'm not really sure how to start still. I see the importance of having a team to help you out, but I don't understand the portion about paying back the loan, how much I should have before investing, if there are anything different if I will be investing from another country as a citizen etc. Thank you for any comments.
