Hi all!

I'm Kira and I'm brand new to Real Estate Investing. I've been thinking about taking the leap for a few years and now seems to be the right time. I'm just starting to learn everything I can, from books, to videos, to advice from the Bigger Pockets community! I'm very excited to come to the point to buy my first property.

So far, I'm really trying to learn the methods on how to buy and sell for little to no money. Right now, that's my situation. I think Philly is a great place for investors as it is up and coming, and growing like crazy. I'm sure other members here can tell me if I'm making a correct assumption.
