Hello All
I just started learning more about real estate income generation via podcast . I am an IT professional and had been paying taxes 100% without any deductions for past 15 yrs as i don't qualify for anything other than Standard deduction. But from 2021, i started working on 2 jobs on my single member S Corp hence ended up paying good amount on taxes . So want to start exploring tax saving strategies by involving in real estate.
If there are any CPA's out there who are specialized in Real Estate specific tax strategies and live around Dallas ,i would like to have an hour paid consultation . Please share your website details.
