Hey everyone, new to the rental game. Long story short, I’m in the army and stationed out in Kansas. I own a house in Northern Kentucky. Looking to just hire a property management company to manage it until I can get everything in a row. Big question is what kind of things do you look for in a property management company and what is a fair price when selecting one?

Hello everyone, I’m just getting my feet under me in the whole real estate journey. Straight to the point, what company or process do you all go through for the application process and background checks of tenets? I have seen many companies like rentredi and AAOA who have a process already laid out. Just curious who you guys use and any pointers to help me get started. Thank you!
