Can anyone let me know of any great books/ programs on using opm and opc? I'm trying to learn how to apply this to my investing arsenal and I'm just a bit confused as to how to go about doing this. Anything would help just as long as I don't have to spend a fortune. Thanks! :D

Hi everyone,

Thanks for responding to my posts, makes me feel special that people actually are reading what I started. Anyhow, as I said earlier the only experience I have is that I bought my current home. I'd like to start wholesaling in my state (Hawaii) rather than rehabbing because I just don't have the means to do that. Its not like I'm trying to get rich quick but getting some cash into my hands quicker than say 3-12mos. sounds descent. Would anyone out there be interested in joining my investors/ rehabbers list? Just drop me a line :D Also, I was looking into preconstruction investing in places like FL, GA, and NC/ SC, can anyone who has this type of experience advise and 'enlighten' more on this subject? Also, if anyone is from Hawaii (Oahu) please let me know. I'd like to hook up and discuss REI?

Aloha,
Bryan L.

Lee,

Thank you for the info. It helps me out greatly! Also, when I'm interested in investing in the Texas area I'll drop you a line for an inspector.

Bryan

P.S.- I've heard that the McAllen area is booming would you know? Thanks!
