As you already may know, marketing is key in this business. This includes marketing your services to the buyer/seller and marketing the house once you get it under contract. The list of how you can accomplish this is not exhaustive but to name a few includes website marketing in classifieds, social media etc. or paid ones such as gorilla marketing, newspaper, radio etc. 

You mentioned Roddy meetup. Can you provide more information on this so I can look into attending one of their weekly meetings? What specifically did you like about their organization/meeting that you didn't find elsewhere?

Thank you Shital. At this time, I am primarily interested in wholesaling single-family homes/townhomes in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Although, I plan to expand to multi-family, land, storage etc. in the near future.

Howdy, 

After bouncing from one place to another for work, I am now back in Texas and am excited to further my passion in RE investing full-time. At this time, I'm primarily interested in wholesaling single-family homes and would like to network with other investors, lawyers, agents in the DFW metro area. 

I'm also interested in joining a local REI club, so please feel free to recommend one that you may know of.

Lastly, if there is any advice that you think might help me in getting the ball rollin', please do not hesitate to mention.
