I'm very close to closing on an investment property in Bella Vista, Arkansas. I'm looking into hiring a vacation home property manager.  What is a reasonable percentage this type of property manager would take?

Any recommendations or agent contacts to start the process of investing in a single-family or multi-family property in Spokane.  I'm new to investing and Spokane is on my list as a location to look into!
