@Tyler Thomas - what little I know is that 1) banks generally won't lend to LLC, and 2) if you move your property into an LLC entity the bank can theoretically call the loan due right then and there. I'm still trying to figure out the best strategy myself.

Hi @Stephen Brown, you (almost) read my mind! Bottom line - there’s a lot on Bigger Pockets that says run your numbers - my question is, where exactly does one get the numbers (maintenance costs, rent rolls, etc) without entering a contract??
