I was actually just wondering about the number of illegal listings.  I'm not sure how they enforce the regulations though.

I would paint it a beachy color and maybe put a screened in porch.

In addition to driving neighborhoods, I like to walk them because there are so many things that you notice when you walk that you miss in a car.  

I agree.  My uncovered patio is almost unusable for several months.
