Hi Steve - Have you taken seen 5551 Boden in West Adams? Doesn't have a detached garage but really large lot and completely flat. Also its a 3 bed 1 bath but I think the laundry room off the kitchen can be converted into a bathroom and the laundry can be moved to either the Garage or there is a shed in back.
I'm interested in the same areas but not ready to pull the trigger yet. Keep me posted on your search!

I'm a realtor in Los Angeles (Highland Park to be exact) My client is looking for a referral to a company who specializes in building ADU's. Has anyone gone through the process and have a good referral?
