Thanks Joshua,

I will definitely take your advice, this first property will be my trial and error property.

I'm working with a partner duo out of Chatsworth that's done a lot of selling, and the property is near 20th St E & Ave Q. This will be my first financed property and like you I'm hoping to expand my portfolio. So wish me luck on my first investment property.

Hey everyone,

I'm new to Real Estate Investing and Biggerpockets. I'm currently in escrow/closing on my first property that I want as an investment property. It's a 4bedroom 2 bath property. I'm hoping to profit a few hundred dollars after the mortgage is paid in rent. I'm extremely nervous, anxious and overwhelmed. I'm currently working with a realtor that sells and obtains tenants for buyers. I'm using $15,000 and I'm scared because it took me a while to save that up and I'm afraid I won't be able to rent the place out. My long term goal is to eventually acquire multiple properties that cash flow and can eventually quit my regular daytime job.
