Hi,
My husband and I recently moved to Savannah, Georgia from Denver, Colorado. We house hacked there and currently have renters in our home. Savannah real estate seems pretty reasonable and a good opportunity to BRRRR our second property. My question for you all, what are you currently doing/waiting on in the Savannah area?

I have looked into BP for a few months now. I am so eager to get started but my husband is currently in PA school, we have one income and a primary mortgage (that we house hacked). However, he is in school across the country so we are paying for a rental apartment for him. It seems too risky for us right now to take on buying our first investment property. But I am constantly looking for ways to reduce our risk and tackle our first investment property!
