Have a question and wanted to know the legality of it. I'm currently living with my significant other (the home is not under my name) for the past 5 years. Could I purchase a property nearby and say that it is my primary residence since I don't have any home under my name?

Hi I have a quick questions regarding LLC. If I already have an LLC established, could I contract and manage a rental property that is not under that LLC and would that property be protected because it's managed by an LLC?

I have a residential rental and a commercial rental. Now I just created an LLC this year 2018. Can I file for both property in 2017 under the LLC? One property is under my name and the other under my sister and myself. My sister is included in the LLC. Does the property have to be changed to the LLC to file or not? Is it too late?
