I'm going to do flipping and maybe later buy/hold. I have done both when I lived in AZ and have completed one flip in WA.

Hello, Christopher! Good to hear from you. I am looking in roughly a 25-mile radius of Auburn. So, that takes me to Tacoma and not quite all the way to Seattle. Right now, I'm looking at single family homes to flip.
