Thank you for the response!  Yes, we are military as well so I’m very intrigued and think there’s amazing potential.   Do you know If flips are selling fast?  Seems there would be a demand for move in, quality housing.

Hello All!  My name is Katherine and I’ve been an investor in MI since 2007.  I am moving in the spring/summer for My husband’s residency at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital.  While this is exciting, I’ll be starting from scratch in a brand new area.   After house hunting online for ourselves, there seems to be a lot of opportunity.  In MI the market it very scarce and hard to find deals anymore.   I’ve seen some other threads of areas to avoid and I’m sure I’ll learn more as I get to the area.   Anyone have any tips or insight?
