I think I'm overwhelmed as there are so many options and ways to work in this arena. @Kevin Paul Will look into some meetups. Thank you all again for sharing your knowledge. Hello BP, I'm new to the REI market but have plenty of owner occupied home experience many times over but am looking to switch gears and make my first REI deal. So much information out here that I think I got analysis paralysis and feeling overwhelmed. Not sure which way to go first or even find my first deal. Looking for insight as to how to navigate and get started. Any legit pointers would be appreciated. I'm interested in fix and flips with moving towards the buy/hold and BRRRR method. Thanks
