Anybody experience in doing business with Crowder & Co Florida, ? (Brent Howell)

We're trying to refinance an investing property in Miami. But since we live in Canada everything goes over the phone or e-mail. So personal experiences would be interesting to hear.

We as foreign investors (Canadian/ Belgian couple) have a hard time finding investors for properties in Florida.

Any advice is welcome on that matter.

We invested in a holiday rental 3,5 y ago. but want to do more. Getting it financed was not easy as Canadian in US. We put over 45%down.

That's why I would like to start out as partner to fix/flip with investors who knows the financial side of it while I can contribute my designing knowledge to quick, budget friendly make-overs. And this way learn the ins/outs of the business.

That's Amazing! How did you not have to use any of your own money?

I'm an experienced Interior designer with 'know-how' to give a property the 'selling looks' on a minimum budget.  In my opinion flipping houses is not only about finding good deals to buy/sell/ finance.

Giving the property a stunning look on a minimum budget, right adjustments, right colors and enough "style-freedom" for buyer to make it their own, will get it sold in no time.
