Doug,

I hope to see you at the next Upstate Carolina REIA on 18 Jan.

Katie

I live and invest in the Upstate South Carolina area.  Cost of living is cheaper than other places we have lived.  Property taxes are also much lower (in most areas) and you have the convenience of short drives to either the mountains OR the coast!  Here is a great article highlighting some of the reasons people are choosing to move here! https://www.cdanjoyner.com/pos...

Hello Micheal,
I recently returned to the Upstate after serving in the Air Force for 25 years. I opened a property management company focused on serving real estate investors in the Greenville and Easley housing market areas.  As investors ourselves we are constantly striving to maximize our owners’ return on investment. We have made strong connections with several real estate agents and mortgage brokers who are also investors and would love to assist you and your wife as you expand to the Upstate.

Good morning! My husband and I recently returned to the Upstate after retiring from the US Air Force.  I recently opened a residential property management company focused on giving back time to busy real estate investors in the upstate.  Having left the Upstate over 25 years ago to serve, I am now looking to build connections with other real estate investors in the Greenville/Easley housing market areas. I'd love to know if there are any Real Estate Investment groups that are still meeting, either in person or virtually.  Also, I am specifically looking for recommendations on reputable individuals in the following professions:
- Home improvement contractors

- Electricians

- Plumbers

- Painters

- Private lenders/investors

I really look forward to connecting with like-minded people as we build our home here in the Upstate!
