Hi Ken, thanks for your response. I should have been more clear. I think they're priced very high. From what I can tell of the comps we would try to get it closer to the $305-315k range ($820 sq ft). The listing sq footage does not reflect the additional 128 sq ft of loft space, which is a differentiator from many other cabins in the area.
It looks like similar cabins in the area rent for ~$250 per night. Air DNA Rentalizer projects $76k in annual revenue with a 73% occupancy rate.
Personally I believe tiny homes as a vacation destination will continue to grow in popularity in these areas. We would use this property purely as an investment (not to say we wouldn't also like to enjoy it when available, but that is not a consideration of this purchase).
Let me know your thoughts on these numbers or if there's something else I should be running/considering for this area.
Thanks again!

Definitely add fire place and a hot tub. Maybe a fire pit area as well. Other than that just furnishings of course!

Hi all!
Looking for some opinions on this property as our next STR investment. Currently have one other property, but this would be our first in the TN area. https://www.zillow.com/homedet...
Any/all input would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Katie
